Pastor/Staff - Parish

The Pastor/Staff – Parish Relations Team is defined in the Discipline. The main focus of this group is to help bridge the gifts and abilities of the Pastor and the laity of TUMC.

This Team is charged with the responsibility of maintaining good and open communication between the Pastor and the congregation of TUMC. Christian maturity and deep faith are required in order to perform this job well.
